  1. Repair Warranty

Device Pros LLC (“Device Pros”) warrants all repairs free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of time at our sole discretion from the date of purchase. If the product should malfunction, it must be returned to Device Pros store for evaluation and all costs of returning shall be borne solely by the customer. Upon examination by Device Pros, if the product is found to be defective it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Device Pros’ warranty, however, does not apply to defects resulting from any action of the customer, including but not limited to mishandling, physical damage, liquid damage, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, repair by someone other than Device Pros, or unauthorized modification. This warranty is void if the product shows evidence of any misuse or mishandling, including but not limited to being tampered with, being damaged as a result of excessive corrosion, current, heat, moisture or vibration; improper specification; misapplication; abuse or other operating conditions outside of Device Pros’ control. This warranty is non-transferable (for example this warranty does not apply to any purchaser who bought the product from a customer of Device Pros, or a reseller or distributor not authorized by Device Pros, including but not limited to purchases from internet auction sites).

 

  1. Privacy Policy

Device Pros respects the privacy of your personal data. However, circumstances exist in which the repair technician may need to access contents of your device in order to complete the repair. For example, a technician will need to access and test external and internal components to ensure functionality before and after servicing your device, or may be required to look at the content of system files in the process of recovering data. Device Pros will never collect, store, log, share or disclose personally identifiable information or data from your device.

 

  1. Return Policy

Devices purchased through Device Pros may be returned within 30 days of the original date of purchase. A restocking fee of $50 applies to any and all returns of a device. If you are missing the original purchase receipt, or if the device is not in the same condition in which it was purchased, your return may not be accepted. Returns on accessories will not be accepted.

 

  1. Parts and Labor

In servicing your product, Device Pros may use parts or products that are new or refurbished and equivalent to new in performance and reliability. Device Pros will retain the replaced part or product that is exchanged during service as its property, and the replacement part or product will become your property. Replaced parts and products are generally repairable and are exchanged or repaired by Device Pros for value. If applicable law requires Device Pros to return a replaced item to you, you agree to pay Device Pros the retail cost of the replacement item.

 

  1. Abandoned Property

If equipment is left with Device Pros and is not picked up within 15 days after being notified by Device Pros that your product has been serviced, Device Pros will consider your equipment abandoned and will retain ownership of equipment in accordance with applicable law. You agree to hold Device Pros harmless for any damage or claim for the abandoned property that which we may discard, resell or recycle at our sole discretion.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

Repair or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. Device Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost data, lost revenues, lost profits, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, damage to property, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory of recovery, including warranty, contract, statutory or tort. Notwithstanding the term of any warranty or any warranty implied by law, or in the event that any warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Device Pros’ total cumulative liability exceed the purchase price of the repair or service. Use of this product or service is at your own risk.
