Once you have a preliminary repair quote, please ship your device to:

NOTE: Please include your Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Return Address, and what repair/quote you need performed.
We will never return a device to you that is not working 100% without first identifying any issues and discussing them with you. Every repair receives a full diagnostic at check-in and another full diagnostic after each repair. Once a full diagnostic has been completed we will call to confirm your repair quote.
Upon your approval of the repair quote, we will complete your repair.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We can email you a digital invoice with a link to a secure payment website that is 100% PCI Compliant and Secure. Alternatively, we can also take your credit card payment via telephone.
We also accept PayPal, or Money Orders by mail if you prefer.
Declined repairs are subject to a $25 diagnostics fee for time spent.
Upon collection of payment, we will ship your device back to you USPS Priority Mail. (Usually 2-Days)
