Step 1. Preliminary Repair Quote & Ship Your Device
Once you have a preliminary repair quote, please ship your device to:

NOTE: Please include your Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Return Address, and what repair/quote you need performed.
Step 2. Comprehensive Diagnostics & Repair
We will never return a device to you that is not working 100% without first identifying any issues and discussing them with you. Every repair receives a full diagnostic at check-in and another full diagnostic after each repair. Once a full diagnostic has been completed we will call to confirm your repair quote.
Upon your approval of the repair quote, we will complete your repair.
Step 3. Payment
We also accept PayPal, or Money Orders by mail if you prefer.
Declined repairs are subject to a $25 diagnostics fee for time spent.
Step 4. Your Device Is Returned To You
